Mid Coast Maine Community Action offers community support through programs such as Head-Start, Early Head-Start, the Woman, Children and Infants or WIC as well as Housing Assistance and Financial Education.
Healthy Eating and Food Resources


Maine SNAP-Ed offers many recipes focusing on healthy eating, nutrition information as well as tips on stocking a kitchen and shopping on a budget.

2-1-1 Maine offers a way to get information and referrals to a wide range of health topics including, mental health, prescription assistance, substance abuse, gambling and many others. It is a free and confidential service that can be called by dialing 2-1-1 or via the internet.
