RESTITUTION: Restitution has been ordered for out of pocket expenses or economic loss for the victim(s) of a crime as part of the sentence. Our office ONLY COLLECTS restitution from those who are NOT on probation. Probation offenders NEED to pay through the Department of Corrections.
SUPERVION FEE: Is a fee that our office collects when a defendant is on a Deferred Disposition.
COURT FINES: These fines are to be paid to the court not the Office of the District Attorney.
