 The Civil Division is responsible for serving all civil process in Sagadahoc County. Divorce Summonses, Family Matters, Eviction paperwork, Civil Subpoenas and Small Claims paperwork are a few examples of the documents that we serve. Please click on the link to print the Service Request Information Form. Submit this form with your documents for service. *Attorney’s, Government Agencies and Business entities are exempt from the form. However, please include a cover sheet with particular instructions or information for the Deputy. Our acceptance of your documents for service does not imply that they meet legal requirements.
