If you need Probate Court forms, please visit our website at www.maineprobate.net and you will find our forms in a printable Word document format under the 2019 Forms tab.

Probate-xThe Sagadahoc County Probate Court processes Petitions for Adoption, Guardianship, Conservatorship, Name Changes, Probate of Wills and Appointment of Personal Representatives among other things. The Probate Court accepts cash and checks only.

The Sagadahoc County Probate Office is also an official passport processing agency for the U.S. Department of State. Passport fees to the U.S. Department of State must be paid by check. Passport processing fees to the Probate Court can be paid by either check or cash.
